补中益气汤对小儿反复呼吸道感染的疗效观察

Effective observation on treating recurrent respiratory tract infection in children with the Buzhong Yiqi decoction

目的:探讨补中益气汤治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染的临床效果。方法:以2013年12月-2014年12月于我院儿科就诊的呼吸道反复感染的68例患儿为研究对象,随机分为A组(34例)和B组(34例),A组采取补中益气汤治疗,B组患者采取富马酸酮替芬片治疗。结果:A组患者退热时间、咽痛消失时间、流涕消失时间、止咳时间都要短于B组;A组治疗的总有效率是94.1%,B组为73.5%。结论:小儿反复呼吸道感染采取补中益气汤治疗效果显著,能够改善反复感染的症状,并且临床症状消失时间较短,在临床上有使用和推广的价值。

Objective:To investigate the effect of the Buzhong Yiqi decoction on recurrent respiratory tract infection in children.Methods:68children were randomly divided into the group A and group B,34cases in each group.The group A took the Buzhong Yiqi decoction;the group B took fumaric acid ketotifen tablets.Results:The disappearance time of fever,sore throat,runny nose and coughing were shorter in the group A;the total efficiency was94.1%in the group A and73.5%in the group B.Conclusion:The Buzhong Yiqi decoction is effective on recurrent respiratory tract infection in children,can improve symptoms of recurrent infection,and is worthy of promotion.
