疏肝健脾散结汤治疗原发性肝癌临床观察

Clinical observation on treating primary liver cancer with the Shugan Jianpi Sanjie decoction

目的:探讨疏肝健脾散结汤治疗原发性肝癌的疗效。方法:将92例原发性肝癌患者随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组46例,给予支持治疗及化疗。观察组46例,在对照组治疗基础上加用疏肝健脾散结汤。结果:两组治疗后疾病有效率相比较,无显著差异(P>0.05);两组治疗后疾病的控制率相比较,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的毒副反应相比较,观察组明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:疏肝健脾散结汤治疗原发性肝癌可提高疾病控制率,减少毒副反应和患者痛苦。

Objective:To investigate efficacy of the Shugan Jianpi Sanjie decoction on primary liver cancer.Methods:92patients were divided into2groups,46cases for each.The control group was given conventional treatment and chemotherapy;and the observation group was given the Shugan Jianpi Sanjie decoction more.Results:After treatment,there was no significant difference between two groups(P>0.05).The disease control rate in the observation group was better(P<0.05).Adverse reaction in the observation group was less(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Shugan Jianpi Sanjie decoction on primary liver cancer can improve disease control rate,reduce adverse reactions and the pain of patients.
