摘要
目的:观察综合护理对急性重症胰腺炎的疗效。方法:选取我院2014年5月-2016年4月收治的急性重症胰腺炎患者30例进行研究,所有患者在常规治疗后立即建立静脉通路,密切观察病情,予心理、疼痛、高热、肠内营养、并发症等护理。结果:28例患者康复出院,2例患者死亡。结论:综合护理对急症胰腺炎效果显著,缓解了症状,值得临床推广。
Objective:To observe efficacy of comprehensive nursing on SAP.Methods:30patients were enrolled in this study,and were treated by intravenous pathways immediately after routine treatment;nursing for psychological,pain,fever,enteral nutrition and complications were given.Results:28patients were discharged and2patients were died.Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing was effective on acute pancreatitis,by relieving symptoms,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
