解郁通脉颗粒干预冠心病介入术后焦虑症的临床研究

A clinical study on treating anxiety disorder after coronary heart disease intervention with the Jieyu Tongmai granule

目的:观察解郁通脉颗粒对冠心病PCI术后气虚气滞血瘀型焦虑症的疗效。方法:将90例患者用随机数字表分为两组,黛力新治疗组45例,解郁通脉颗粒治疗组45例,比较心绞痛临床疗效、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、心电图。结论:治疗后两组焦虑疗效、心绞痛疗效、心电图疗效比较,有统计学差异。

Objective:To observe clinical effects of the Jieyu Tongmai granule on anxiety disorder of the Qixu Qizhi Xueyu type after coronary heart disease intervention.Methods:90patients were divided into two groups by random digital table.45cases in the western group were treated with deanxit;and45patients in the TCM medicine group took the Jieyu Tongmai granule.Clinical efficacy,Hamilton anxiety scale and electrocardiogram in groups were compared.Conclusion:The curative effects of anxiety,stenocardia and electrocardiogram in the groups showed statistical differences.
