中西医结合疗法在脑出血急性期治疗中的应用

Treating acute cerebral hemorrhage in the integrative medicine

目的:分析中西医结合疗法在脑出血急性期治疗中的应用。方法:选取2015年1月-2016年1月在我院接受治疗的80例脑出血患者作为研究对象。将患者随机分为观察组与对照组,每组40例,其中观察组采用中西医结合疗法进行脑出血急性期治疗,对照组采用常规性西医治疗。以患者治疗总有效率、身体各项指标恢复情况、神经功能恢复情况作为观察指标。结果:两组患者分别经过西医治疗和中西医结合疗法的治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率为95.0%,明显高于对照组的77.5%。观察组患者意识恢复时间、体温恢复时间、颅内压恢复时间明显短于对照组。观察组患者神经功能缺损评分明显低于对照组。结论:通过中西医结合疗法进行脑出血急性期治疗,对患者神经系统恢复、病残率降低、生活质量提高效果明显,值得临床推广。

Objective:To analyze efficacy of the integrative medicine on acute cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:80patients were divided into2groups,40cases for each.The observation group was given the integrative medicine;and the control group was given the western medicine.In the treatment,the total efficiency,the recovery of various indicators of the body and the recovery of neurological function were observed.Results:The total efficiency was95.0%in the observation group,higher than77.5%in the control group.In the observation group,consciousness recovery time,body temperature recovery time and intracranial pressure recovery time were shorter;neurological deficit score was lower.Conclusion:The integrative medicine on acute cerebral hemorrhage shows a good effect,and is worthy of promotion.
