探讨温针灸疗法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of warming acupuncture on knee osteoarthritis

目的:研究在膝关节骨性关节炎的治疗中应用温针灸疗法的实际价值。方法:选取我院收治的80例膝关节骨性关节炎患者进行分组研究,结合临床随机表法将其列入观察组与对照组,对照组使用双氯芬酸钠缓释片进行常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用温针灸法,对比两组疗效。结果:观察组的骨关节炎指数是(34.4±2.8)分,治疗有效率是92.5%,对照组的骨关节炎指数是(54.2±3.1)分,治疗有效率是75.0%,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论:在膝关节骨性关节炎的治疗中,温针灸疗法能够有效地改善患者的膝关节功能,提高治疗有效率,可推广。

Objective:To investigate efficacy of warming acupuncture on knee osteoarthritis.Methods:80patients were divided into2groups.The control group was given conventional treatment(diclofenac sodium sustained release tablets);the observation group was given warming acupuncture more.Efficiency in2groups were compared.Results:In the observation group,osteoarthritis index was(34.4±2.8),and efficiency of92.5%;in the control group,osteoarthritis index was(54.2±3.1),and efficiency of75.0%;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Warming acupuncture on knee osteoarthritis can effectively improve the patients’knee function and efficiency,and is worthy of promotion.
