蠲痹伸筋汤治疗类风湿性关节炎的疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating RA with the Juanbi Shenjin decoction

目的:观察蠲痹伸筋汤治疗类风湿性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:选择本院所收治的类风湿性关节炎患者80例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例。对照组口服甲氨蝶呤片治疗;治疗组在口服甲氨蝶呤片的基础上加服蠲痹伸筋汤治疗;两组患者均以4周为一个疗程,坚持治疗3个疗程,比较分析两组治疗前后临床疗效、症状体征积分以及实验室指标改善情况。结果:治疗组患者总体有效率(95%)高于对照组(75%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者治疗第4周和第12周的症状体征积分以及实验室指标改善情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:蠲痹伸筋汤联合西药治疗类风湿性关节炎临床疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the Juanbi Shenjin decoction on rheumatoid arthritis.Methods:80patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group(n=40).The control group was treated with oral methotrexate tablets;the treatment group was treated with the Juanbi Shenjin decoction more,4weeks as a course,for3courses.The clinical efficacy,symptoms and signs in two groups were analyzed before and after treatment,and the improvement of laboratory indexes was analyzed.Results:The total efficiency(95%)was higher in the treatment group than75%in the control group(P<0.05).The improvement of symptoms and signs and the improvement of laboratory indexes in the treatment group were better than those in the control group at the4th week and the12th week(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Juanbi Shenjin decoction with western medicine on rheumatoid arthritis is effective and worthy of clinical application.
