中西医结合治疗眼轮匝肌痉挛30例临床观察

Clinical observation on treating 30 cases of orbicularis muscle spasm in the integrative medicine

目的:探讨眼轮匝肌痉挛(OOMS)采用中西医结合治疗的临床效果。方法:选取我院2014年7月-2015年12月间收治的60例眼轮匝肌痉挛患者,按照单双数法将患者均分为两组,对照组患者(n=30)采用A型肉毒杆菌毒素眼轮匝肌注射治疗。治疗组患者(n=30)在对照组的基础上联合中药颗粒治疗,比较两组患者的临床效果。结果:经不同方法治疗后观察组患者临床治愈率为93.3%,复发2例(6.7%),对照组相应数据依次为73.3%、7例(23.3%),两组数据对比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:在眼轮匝肌痉挛的临床治疗中采用中西医结合疗法,能够显著提高治愈率、降低复发率,值得推广。

Objective:To observe clinical effects of the integrative medicine on orbicularis muscle spasm.Method:60cases were divided into two groups according to the single and double number method.The control group(n=30)was treated with botulinum toxin type A oculi muscle injection.The treatment group(n=30)received TCM granules more.Results:The clinical cured was93.3%in the observation group and the recurrence rate was6.7%(2cases).The corresponding data in the control group were73.3%and23.3%(7cases).There was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The integrative medicine can significantly improve the cured and reduce the recurrence rate,and is worth popularizing and popularizing.
