乳腺癌是女性最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,近年来发病率有逐渐上升趋势。手术治疗是乳腺癌的主要治疗手段之一,但极易产生皮下积液等并发症。本文从皮下积液的病因病机、西医处理、中医认识及治疗等方面进行论述,为临床治疗乳腺癌术后皮下积液提供理论基础,值得进一步研究。

Breast cancer is one of the most common malignancies in women.In recent years,the incidence rate is gradually increasing.Surgical treatment is one of the main methods of treating breast cancer,but can easily produce Subcutaneous fluid.The etiology and pathogenesis of subcutaneous fluid,western medicine,knowledge and treatment of TCM were discussed,to provide a theoretical basis for further study.
