经皮肾镜联合电子输尿管软镜治疗复杂肾结石的临床疗效观察

Clinical Effect of PCNL Combined with Flexible Ureteroscope for Complex Renal Calculi

目的 :探讨经皮肾镜联合电子输尿管软镜治疗复杂肾结石的临床疗效。方法 :将我院2015年6月~2016年6月我院泌尿外科住院治疗的68例复杂性肾结石患者随机分为治疗组和对照组(各34例),对照组给予开放性手术取石治疗,治疗组给予经皮肾镜联合电子输尿管软镜碎石治疗,术后比较两组手术治疗疗效及观察不良反应的发生和轻重程度。结果:治疗组治疗疗效明显高于对照组(P<0.05),且不良反应的发生和程度明显少于或轻于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:经皮肾镜联合电子输尿管软镜治疗复杂肾结石疗效明显。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of PCNL combined with flexible ureteroscope for complex renal calculi.Methods:Totally,68patients with complex renal calculi were admitted and treated in our hospital from June2015to June2016.They were randomly divided into control group and test group with34patients in each group.Patients in control group were treated with open surgery,while patients in test group were treated with PCNL combined with flexible ureteroscope.The result of treatment,and the incidence and degree of adverse reactions were compared between two groups postoperatively.Results:In test group,the result of treatment was significant higher than that in control group,however,the incidence and degree of adverse reactions was significant lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:Application of PCNL combined with flexible ureteroscope to treat complex renal calculi can achieve significant effect.
