摘要
目的:比较ProTaper Universal和Twist File Adaptive两种机用镍钛锉分别在连续旋转和自适应运动模式下行根管预备后推出根尖孔的牙本质碎屑重量。方法:将收集的60颗离体下颌前磨牙随机分为4组(n=15):用ProTaper Universal和Twist File Adaptive两种镍钛锉分别在连续旋转和自适应运动模式下行根管预备至#25,预备过程中每个根管用等量的0.5%次氯酸钠溶液冲洗,用预先称重的试管收集从根尖孔推出的液体及碎屑,测量干燥后推出根尖孔的碎屑重量。结果:ProTaper Universal在两种不同旋转模式组产生的根尖推出物重量均高于Twist File Adaptive组,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。相同器械在不同旋转模式下产生的根尖推出物重量之间无显著差异(p>0.05)。结论:不同的器械(ProTaper Universal或Twist File Adaptive)在不同的旋转方式(连续旋转或自适应运动)下预备根管时均可产生根尖推出物。ProTaper Universal镍钛锉在根管预备中根尖孔的碎屑推出量比Twist File Adaptive镍钛锉多。
Objective:To compare the quantity of two nickel-titanium instruments(ProTaper Universal and Twist File Adaptive)with continuous rotation and adaptive motion in root extruded apical debris.Methods:In total,60extracted mandibular premolars were randomly divided into four groups(n=15):the instrument of ProTaper Universal and Twist File Adaptive were used to prepare root canal until#25with continuous rotation and adaptive motion respectively.The equal amount of0.5%sodium hypochlorite solution was used as irrigant for each canal during the root canal preparation.The irrigants and entruded apical debris were collected with the pre-weighed tubes.After drying,the mean weight of debris was weighed with a microbalance.Results:With two pattern,the quantity of apical debris in the group of ProTaper Universal was significant higher than that in the group of Twist File Adaptive(p<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the same instrument with different motions(P>0.05).Conclusions:Under the condition of this study,all systems caused apical debris extrusion,no matter the instrument types(ProTaper Universal or Twist File Adaptive)or motions(continuous rotation or adaptive motion).The instrumentation of ProTaper Universal was associated with more debris extrusion compared with the Twist File Adaptive.
