摘要
目的:探讨护士风险管理在产科护理管理中的应用效果。方法 :选择2014年5月~2015年6月在该院产科住院的100例患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组(50例)和实验组(50例),对照组实施常规护理管理,实验组在常规护理的基础上给予风险管理,观察比较两组患者的护理满意度。结果:对照组的护理满意度为74.0%,实验组的护理满意度为96.0%,实验组的护理满意度明显高于对照组的护理满意度,两组进行比较差异有统计学意义,p<0.05。结论:在产科护理中应用风险管理,效果显著,能有效增强医护人员对产后并发症的风险防范意识,提高产科护理质量,有效防范风险事件发生,减少医疗纠纷。
Objective:To explore the effect of nurses risk management on obstetric nursing.Methods:Totally,100patients were admitted and treated in the department of obstetrics of our hospital from May2014to June2015as the objects of study.They were randomly divided into test group and control group with50patients in each group.All patients were given the routine treatment,while patients in test group were given additional treatment of risk management,and patients’satisfaction with nursing was compared between the two groups.Results:The patients’satisfaction with nursing in control group(96.0%)was significant higher than that in test group(74.0%)(P<0.05).Conclusions:Application of risk management in obstetric nursing can achieve clinical effect significantly,enhancing the consciousness of postpartum complications for nurses,improving the quality of obstetric nursing,preventing risk events and reducing medical dispute.
