半夏白术天麻汤加减联合依达拉奉治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的疗效

Clinical Efficacy of Banxiabaizhutianma Decoction Combined with Edaravone for Acute Ischemic Stroke

目的 :探析半夏白术天麻汤加减联合依达拉奉治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的疗效。方法:选取我院在2014年3月~2015年4月期间收治的63例急性缺血性脑卒中患者作为此次探究分析的对象,并按照随机数字表达法将其分为研究组与对照组,其中两组例数分别为32例、31例。对照组应用依达拉奉治疗,研究组则在此基础上应用半夏白术天麻汤加减治疗,比较分析两组的临床疗效、ADL(日常生活能力)评分以及CSS(神经功能缺损程度)评分。结果:经治疗后,对照组的总有效率明显低于研究组(P<0.05),研究组的ADL、CSS评分与对照组相比,研究组的评分更优(P<0.05),两组数据均存在统计学差异。结论 :对急性缺血性脑卒中患者应用依达拉奉与半夏白术天麻汤加减联合进行治疗,可有效降低血脂,改善微循环,提高患者的生活质量,临床疗效确切,建议临床推广与应用。

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Banxiabaizhutianma decoction combined with edaravone for acute ischemic stroke.Methods:In total,63patients with acute ischemic stroke were admitted and treated in our hospital from March2014to April2015as the objects of study.They were randomly divided into test group(32cases)and control group(31cases).Patients in control group were treated with edaravone,while patients in test group were treated with Banxiabaizhutianma decoction combined with edaravone.The clinical efficacy,ADL scores and NIHSS scores were compared between two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate in control group was significant lower than that in test group,however,the scores of ADL and NIHSS in test group were significant better than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:Application of Banxiabaizhutianma decoction combined with edaravone had definite clinical effect on treating acute ischemic stroke,which can decrease the blood lipid level,as well as improve microcirculation and living quality,worth clinical promotion.
