中西医结合治疗功能性消化不良疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Functional Dyspepsia with Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

目的 :观察采用中西医结合治疗功能性消化不良的治疗效果。方法 :选取在本院接受治疗的功能性消化不良患者64例作为研究对象,按照随机原则将其分为两组(观察组和对照组),每组32例。对照组采用常规西药进行治疗,观察组则采用中西医疗法相结合的方式进行治疗,观察并比较两组患者的总有效率和不良反应发生率。结果 :经过治疗后,观察组的总有效率和不良反应发生率分别为93.75%和9.38%,对照组的总有效率和不良反应发生率分别为75.00%和28.13%,观察组的治疗效果明显优于对照组。且P<0.05,差异均具有统计学意义。结论 :采用中西医结合治疗功能性消化不良,可以显著地改善临床症状,不良反应少,临床疗效确切,值得在临床积极推广。

Objective:To observe the treatment effect of functional dyspepsia with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.Methods:Totally,64patients with functional dyspepsia were admitted and treated in our hospital as the objects of study.They were randomly divided into test group and control group with32patients in each group.Patients in control group were treated with routine western medicine,while patients in test group were treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.The rate of total effectiveness and adverse reaction were compared in two groups.Results:After treatment,the rate of total effectiveness and adverse reaction in test group were93.75%and9.38%,meanwhile,in control group were75.00%and28.13%.The treatment effect in test group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:Application of integrative Chinese and western medicine on treatment patients with functional dyspepsia has definite clinical effect,improving clinical symptoms and reducing adverse reactions significantly,is worthy of promotion.
