经济新常态下高职人才培养目标的构建实践--以苏州信息职业技术学院为例

The Practice on the Construction of Higher Vocational Talent Training Objectives under the Economic New Normal: A Case Study

在经济发展新常态下,"互联网+"等发展战略对高素质技术技能人才的培养目标提出了新要求。根据吴江经济新常态的特征,通过调研分析发现,区域行业企业需要综合素养高,具有复合型技术技能和创新创业能力的高职生。据此,苏州信息职业技术学院确立了"素养+技术+特长"三维人才培养目标,并通过多渠道培养综合素养、深化专业课程改革、开展特长培育活动等系列实践,形成区属高职院校的人才培养特色。

Under the economic development new normal,the development strategies such as“Internet plus”puts forward new requirements for the training objectives of high quality technical skilled talents.According to the characteristics of the economic new normal in Wujiang and the research analysis,this paper finds that the regional industries and enterprises need higher vocational graduates to possess high quality,comprehensive abilities,composite technical skills,innovative and entrepreneurship abilities.Therefore,Suzhou College of Information Technology establishes the three dimensional“accomplishment+skills+specialty”talent training objectives.It also undertakes a series of practice through multiple channels to cultivate high quality talents,deepen the professional curriculumre form and carry out specialty training activities.Its talent training characteristics have been formed among the regional higher vocational colleges.
