徐州市中职会计专业顶岗实习现状与对策研究

A Study on the Internship of Secondary Vocational Accounting Profession in Xuzhou: Current Situation and Countermeasures

顶岗实习是中职生从学校到社会的过渡阶段,在我国大力发展职业教育的大形势下,中职会计专业的顶岗实习现状却不理想。本研究主要以问卷的方式调查了徐州市近200名中职会计专业实习生,并对部分学生、学校管理人员、实习单位管理人员进行了访谈。以问卷调查法和访谈法了解徐州地区中职会计专业实习生顶岗实习的真实现状,找出现实存在的问题,进行原因分析提出对策,以期达到提高会计专业中职生顶岗实习质量的目的。

Internship is the transition stage for secondary vocational students to step from the school to the society.In spite of the rapid development of vocational education in our country,the current internship situation of secondary vocational accounting profession is not ideal.This paper undertakes surveys among nearly200secondary vocational interns in Xuzhou in the form of questionnaires and undertakes interviews with some students,school administrators and internship management staff.The results show the actual situation and problems existing in the internship of secondary vocational accounting profession.This paper analyzes the causes and puts forward countermeasures,in the hope of improving the internship quality.
