Research on the Choice of Resource Allocation in Private Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of the Correlation of Scientific Research Achievements between Colleges and Secondary Colleges

作为高校的主要产出指标,论文对衡量高校科研水平的代表性是毋庸置疑的,而一个学校的科研水平又从一个重要的方面反映了其办学水平的高低,本文选择了科研论文为民办高职院校科研水平的量化指标,从全校人均科研成果与二级学院人均科研成果的相关性角度来探讨民办高职学院科研资源分配的问题。

As a main output indicator of colleges and universities,papers undoubtedly become the representative measure of the scientific research level;meanwhile,a college or university’s scientific research level is an important aspect which reflects the school-running level.This paper selects the scientific papers as the quantitative index of the scientific research level of the private vocational colleges,and discusses the resource allocation in private higher vocational colleges from the perspective of the correlation of per capita scientific research achievements between colleges and secondary colleges.
