新常态下高职金融专业人才培养存在的问题及对策研究

Research on the Training of Higher Vocational Financial Professionals under the New Normal: Problems and Countermeasures

经济新常态催生金融新常态,金融行业增速回落,互联网等新金融业态快速发展,对不同层次金融人才提出新的要求。本文从经济新常态视角出发,提出新常态下金融专业人才培养的重点。对目前高职金融专业人才培养存在的问题进行分析,并从多元化生源分类培养、课证岗赛融合的课程体系构建、混合式教学以及毕业标准多元化4个方面提出高职金融专业人才培养的思路。

The economic new normal spawned the financial new normal.With the fall back of the financial industry,the rapid development of the new financial formats such as internet has put forwardnew requirements for the financial talents of different levels.From the perspective of the economic new normal,this paper proposes the key points for the financial talent training.It analyzes the existing problems of the current higher vocational financial talent training and puts forward the new training ideas from the following four aspects:classified cultivation for diversified students,construction of the curriculum system integrated with teaching,certification,post and competition,mixed teaching and diversified graduation standards.
