The CP combined NEG pump (Capaci Torr D400) with SIP (SP-400) is possible to be used in compact acceleratorfacilities operating in HV condition, so the pumping characteristics of CP in HV condition have been measured.The pumping speed measurement apparatus is shown in Fig. 1 and the measurement procedures are introduced asfollows:(1) Leak detect for the measurement apparatus, then bake out at 140 ?C for 4 h. The bake-out temperature isincreased 30 ?C per one hour.(2) Start the ion pump, at the same time, bake out the testing chamber at 180 ?C for 10 h continuously. Theion pump would work normally after degassing for 30 min.
