直方图分割耦合裁剪控制均衡化的图像增强算法 被引量:8

摘要 针对基于直方图均衡化的图像增强方法中的平均亮度偏移现象,以及在高频区可能产生对比度过度增强等不足,提出一种图像直方图分割耦合裁剪控制均衡化的图像增强技术。通过定义阈值,将图像直方图分割为两个子直方图;构造增强率控制与直方图裁剪限制模型,分别对两个子直方图进行裁剪;引入直方图均衡技术,对裁剪后的子直方图进行均衡化,实现图像增强。测试结果表明,与当前基于直方图均衡化的图像增强算法相比,所提算法具有更好的增强质量,更好地消除了图像高频分量的控制效应,能够很好地保护图像细节,增加算法鲁棒性。 Average brightness exists in image enhancement algorithms based on the histogram equalization and over enhancement may emerge in the image frequency interval.To solve the problems,the image enhancement algorithm based on histogram seg-mentation coupling clipping control equalization was proposed.By defining a threshold value,the image histogram was divided in-to two sub-histograms.Enhanced rate control and histogram clipping limit model was constructed,so the two sub-histograms were clipped respectively.Introducing the histogram equalization technique,after clipping the sub-histograms,sub-histogram equalization was used to achieve image enhancement.The experimental results show that compared with the current enhance-ment algorithm based on histogram equalization of image,this algorithm has better quality enhancement for better eliminating the control effect of the high frequency components of the image,protects image details and increases the robustness of the algorithm.
