摘要 目的开发一种高效实用的组织芯片对照体系应用于免疫组织化学质量控制。方法根据临床病理诊断的需求,以组织获取的难易程度、提高工作效率及实用性强为原则,运用组织芯片技术,设计多种对照组织芯片的微阵列,并用多种抗体测试验证。结果建立了5种组织芯片对照系统,可为约190种抗体的免疫组织化学染色提供相应的阳性和阴性组织对照片,其中1号芯片覆盖的抗体达80余种。结论科学合理设计和反复验证的组织芯片对照体系,组织耗费少、实用性强和效益高,可广泛推广应用于日常大规模的免疫组织化学质量控制工作中。 Objective To develop a practical and effective tissue microarray system for immunohistochemical quality control.Methods A variety of tissue microarray control systems were designed based on clinicopathological diagnostic requirements and the difficulty of obtaining tissue,and were tested with various antibodies.Results The five systems developed in this study can provide positive and negative controls for immunohistochemical staining of more than190antibodies,over80of which are included in No.1microarray alone.Conclusion By proper design and repeated validation,the tissue microarray control systems developed in this study have the advantages of low tissue consumption,good practicability and high efficiency,and are widely applicable in the quality control in large-scale immunohistochemical routine.
