摘要 论文旨在对汉英和英汉交替传译的口语性/书面性偏移现象进行描述性研究。首先基于吉尔(Gile)的精力分配模式做出假设,汉语为母语者,汉英传译比英汉传译的书面性偏移更显著,亦即英汉传译比汉英传译口语性偏移更显著。然后确定衡量口语性/书面性特征的10项参数,以第二届广东经济发展国际咨询会新闻发布会的转写稿为例,通过对各参数出现频次进行统计分析,描述交传方向性与口语性/书面性偏移间的关系。研究结果证实了假设。为进一步探究其原因进行案例分析,发现可以从宏观和微观上分别用吉尔的精力分配模式和顺应论等理论给出可能的解释。 This paper conducts a descriptive study on orality/literacy shift in Chinese-English and English-Chinese Consecutive Interpreting(CI).First,based on the Effort Model proposed by Gile,a hypothesis is put forward that for an interpreter,whose active language is Chinese,Chinese-English CI has larger extent of literacy shift than English-Chinese CI.Next,in order to conduct the research,10parameters are determined to evaluate the orality or literacy of the research materials,which are the transcripts of the2nd International Consultative Conference on the Future Economic Development of GD Province.By counting the parameters’frequency of occurrence respectively,we can describe the relationship between orality/literacy shift and directionality of CI.As a result,the research findings confirm the hypothesis above.In order to further explore the reasons behind,we carefully study the transcripts and find that,it can be explained by the Effort Model proposed by Gile,Adaptation Theory put forward by Verschueren and Theory of Hypotaxis and Parataxis by Wang Li.
