摘要
《词义与法律解释》是一部从语言学视角探讨法律解释的力作。该书引用丰富的案例探讨了司法判案中法官对于模糊性词语进行解释的语义规则,力求寻找解决司法判案不确定性的语义学方案。本文对该书内容进行介绍和简评。
The book Word Meaning and Legal Interpretation studies legal interpretation from the perspective oflinguistics.It discusses rules of interpreting ambiguous words in judicial cases by citing a range of actual cases,aimingat seeking semantic solutions to indeterminacy in meaning in adjudications.This paper tries to make a brief review on thisbook.
