摘要
口译用户对口译产品的期待及反应是口译质量评估中需考察的重要参数。用户期待与用户反应的相关实证研究在提供有效实证数据的同时,也反映出了用户期待和用户反应在口译质量评估中的可靠性问题。本文将以相关实证研究为基础,回顾译界对用户期待和用户反应可靠性的质疑,分析出现可靠性问题的原因,探讨用户期待和用户反应的相对可靠性,并提出口译的应对策略。
Users’expectations and responses for interpreting products are important parameters for interpretation quality assessment.The related empirical studies have not only offered useful data,but also reflected some unreliable features of user expectations and user responses in interpretation quality assessment.Based on the results of related empirical studies,this paper aims to review the doubts about the reliability of user expectations and user responses,explore the reasons for the unreliable features,analyze the relative reliability of user expectations and user responses,and put forward corresponding interpreting strategies.
