污泥与地铁挖土生产烧结自保温砖试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 以污泥与地铁挖土制备烧结砖,实验采用两种不同的工艺流程,研究了污泥配比量、烧结温度和冲头压强对烧结砖性能的影响。结果表明,直接利用干污泥制备的烧结砖性能优于污泥焚烧后利用焚烧灰制备的烧结砖。实验结果显示干污泥的最佳配比为11%,最佳冲头压强为20MPa,最佳焙烧温度1050℃。在最佳条件下烧制出的自保温砖平均抗压强度大于10MPa,符合GB13544-2000《烧结多孔砖》中MU10级的要求,砖体外观良好,无裂缝、泛霜等现象。 In this article,the fired insulation brick is prepared by sludge and subway excavation,the experiment adopts two different processes,the ratio of sludge,firing temperature and punch pressure are researched.The results show that the properties of the fired brick made from dry sludge is better than that of the fired brick prepared by incineration of sludge.The experimental results show that the best proportion of dry sludge is11%,the best punch pressure is20MPa,and the optimum firing temperature is1050℃.Under the optimum conditions,the average compressive strength of the insulation brick is more than10MPa complied with the requirements of MU10-level in“Fired Brick”GB13544-2000.The surface of brick is fine,no cracks and scum and so on.
