特厚煤层综放采场应力分布及煤柱稳定性研究

摘要 本文基于关键层理论,分析了综放采场顶板岩层运动及采场应力分布规律,结合塔山矿前期研究成果,对特厚煤层综放采场煤柱稳定性进行了研究。研究表明:超前支承压力峰值在35-50m之间,影响范围一般为80-100m,最大不超过120m;侧向支承压力影响范围70m,峰值位于30m。当采场顶板稳定时,煤柱宽度小于11m;在采场顶板不稳定时,煤柱宽度可减小为30m,但需对巷道应力集中部位采取加强支护。 Based on the key stratumtheory,this paper analyzes the law of roof rock strata movement and the stress distribution in the fully mechanized working face,combining with the previous research results of Tashan Mine,the stability of coal pillar in the fully mechanized working face of thick coal seam is studied.The result shows that the peak of the abutment pressure is between35and50m,the influence range is80-100m and the maximum is not more than120m;The influence range of the lateral abutment pressure is70m and the peak value is30m.When the roof is stable,the width of the coal pillar is less than11m.When the roof is unstable,the width of the coal pillar can be reduced to30m,but it needs to strengthen the support for the stress concentration area of the roadway.
