摘要
本文通过对锚杆钻车的推进及钻孔机构的运行原理的研究,对推进及钻孔机构进行了结构设计并将其应用到新型窄型锚杆钻车上,通过整机井下工业性试验表明,这套机构能够在较窄的巷道环境中,实现多自由度灵活推进及精准控制钻孔位置等一系列工况要求,更好地发挥了液压锚杆锚索钻车的整体技术优势。
In this paper,through the research on the propulsion of anchor drill vehicle and operation principle of drilling mechanism,the structure design of the propulsion and drilling mechanism is carried on and applied to the new narrow-type bolt drilling vehicle,through the whole underground industrial test,it shows that this mechanism can achieve a series of working conditions such as the multi-degree of freedom propulsion and the precise control of drilling position in a narrow roadway environment,it better play to the overall technical advantages of hydraulic anchor drill vehicle.
