摘要 针对过去设计的大型暖通空调节能调控模型控制方法不佳,设计了大型暖通空调关联节能调控模型,探讨了大型暖通空调水流量与水泵功率和转速的关系,初步设计出水流量节能调控数学模型,分四路实施PID控制,给出水流量控制方案与控制结果。随后将人流量和外部温度两种影响因素关联到水流量节能调控数学模型中,构建关联节能调控模型,利用Matlab模糊控制方法实现节能调控,使用遗传算法求解关联节能调控模型。实验对设计模型的控制误差和节能效率进行测试,取得了令人满意的测试结果。 Since the previously?designed energy-saving control method of the large heating and ventilation air conditioning(HVAC)is poor,a correlation?based energy-saving control model of large HVAC was designed.The relation between the waterflow of the large HVAC and power of the water pump,as well as rotational speed is discussed.The mathematical model of thewater flow energy-saving control was designed to implement the PID control with four channels.The water flow control scheme and control results are given.The influence factors of visitors flow rate and external temperature are associated with the mathe?matical model of water flow energy-saving control to construct the correlation-based energy-saving control model.The Matlabfuzzy control method is used to realize the energy-saving control.The genetic algorithm is adopted to solve the correlation-basedenergy-saving control model.The control error and energy-saving efficiency of the model were tested with experiment,whichhave the satisfied test results.
