曲马多联合托烷司琼预处理对剖宫产术麻醉后寒战的影响

Tramadol combined with ondansetron pretreatment on postoperative shivering during cesarean section

目的:探讨曲马多联合托烷司琼对剖宫产麻醉后寒战的预防作用。方法:收治行剖宫产手术产妇90例,随机分为A组、B组、C组,各30例。结果:与A组比较,B组和C组寒战发生率均较低(P<0.05)。结论:曲马多联合托烷司琼预处理可有效地预防腰硬联合麻醉后产妇的寒战反应,但1.0 mg/kg联合托烷司琼5 mg预处理效果更好。

Objective:To investigate the preventive effect of tramadol combined with ondansetron pretreatment on shivering aftercesarean section anesthesia.Methods:90maternal with cesarean section were selected,and they were randomly divided into the Agroup,the B group and the C group,with30cases in each group.Results:Compared with A group,the B group and the C group hadlower incidence of shivering(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tramadol combined with ondansetron pretreatment can effectively preventshivering after combined spinal epidural anesthesia,but the effect of pretreatment with5mg ondansetron of1.0mg/kg is better.
