糖尿病合并白内障与老年白内障手术疗效比较研究

A comparative study on the curative effect of surgery between diabetic cataract and senile cataract

目的:探讨糖尿病合并白内障与老年白内障手术的疗效。方法:收治白内障患者122例,分成观察组和对照组。观察组采用小切口超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术,对照组采用小切口非超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术。结果:观察组与对照组术后视力≥0.5相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后6个月随访,观察组患者矫正视力≥0.3,明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:糖尿病合并白内障患者实施小切口超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术,临床效果明显,降低了术后并发症发生率。

Objective:To investigate the surgery effect on diabetes combined with cataract and senile cataract.Methods:112patients with cataract were selected.They were divided into the observation group and the control group.The observation groupwere treated with small incision phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation,while the control group weretreated with small incision non phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation.Results:The difference in visual acuity morethan0.5after operation was statistically significant between the observation group and the control group(P<0.05);afterfollowed-up for6months,patients in the observation group corrected visual acuity more than0.3was significantly better than inthe control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Small incision phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation hasobviously clinical effect on diabetes cataract,and the incidence of postoperative complications is reduced.
