高频电波刀用于宫颈疾病治疗的临床观察

Clinical observation on the treatment of cervical diseases with loop electrosurgical excision procedure leep

目的:探讨高频电波刀治疗宫颈疾病的疗效。方法:收治宫颈疾病患者78例,随机分为对照组与观察组,各39例。对照组患者采用激光治疗方法,观察组使用高频电波刀治疗。结果:两组患者的手术时间、术中出血情况以及患者的治愈率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:高频电波刀治疗宫颈疾病具有较为显著的疗效。

Objective:To investigate the effect of loop electrosurgical excision procedure leep in the treatment of cervical diseases.Methods:78patients with cervical diseases selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with39cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with laser therapy,while the observation group were treatedwith loop electrosurgical excision procedure leep.Results:The differences in the operative time,intraoperative bleeding and thecure rate of the patients were statistically significantly between groups(P<0.05),and the complication rate in the observationgroup lower than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Loop electrosurgical excision procedure leep has a significant effect onthe treatment of cervical diseases.
