经尿道逆行腔内剜除与电切治疗良性前列腺增生的疗效分析

Analysis of curative effect of transurethral antidromic intraluminal enucleation and electroexcision in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia

目的:探讨经尿道前列腺剜除术与电切术治疗良性前列腺增生的效果。方法:收治高危良性前列腺增生患者106例,随机分为试验组及对照组。试验组采用经尿道前列腺剜除术治疗,对照组采用电切术治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组前列腺功能复常时间、术后住院治疗总时间、治疗期间不良反应发生情况及巨大前列腺增生疾病治疗效果均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:经尿道前列腺剜除术治疗高危良性前列腺增生的临床效果显著。

Objective:To explore the curative effect of transurethral antidromic intraluminal enucleation and electroexcision in thetreatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods:106patients with high-risk benign prostatic hyperplasia were selected.Theywere randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group was treated with transurethralenucleation of the prostate.The control group was treated with electroexcision.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:In the experimental group,the recovery time,hospitalization time,adverse reactions and treatment effects of giant prostatichyperplasia were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Clinical effect of transurethralenucleation of the prostate for the treatment of high risk benign prostatic tumor was significant.
