地特胰岛素联合瑞格列奈治疗老年2型糖尿病的疗效观察

Clinical observation on the therapeutic effect of insulin detemir combined with repaglinide in the treatment of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

目的:探讨地特胰岛素联合瑞格列奈治疗老年2型糖尿病的疗效。方法:收治老年2型糖尿病患者42例,机分为观察组和对照组,各21例。观察组给予地特胰岛素联合瑞格列奈治疗,对照组采用中性低精蛋白锌胰岛素合瑞格列奈治疗。结果:观察组患者2 h BG、FBG、MBG的下降幅度明显大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在对老年2糖尿病患者的治疗过程中,中性低精蛋白锌胰岛素联合瑞格列奈和地特胰岛素均能有效降低其并发症的发生率,但者具有更高的安全性。

Objective:To investigate the effect of insulin detemir combined with repaglinide in the treatment of elderly patientswith type2diabetes mellitus.Methods:42elderly patients with type2diabetes were selected.They were randomly divided into theobservation group and the control group with21cases in each.The observation group were given insulin detemir combined withrepaglinide treatment,and the control group treated isophane insulin combined with repaglinide.Results:The decrease of2h BG,FBG,MBG of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the course oftreatment in elderly patients with type2diabetes,isophane insulin detemir combined with repaglinide with insulin can effectivelyreduce the incidence of complications,but the latter is more secure.
