急诊集束化治疗急性心力衰竭患者的疗效及对心肺功能的影响

Effect of emergency cluster therapy on acute heart failure and its effect on cardiopulmonary function

目的:探讨急诊集束化治疗急性心力衰竭的疗效及对患者心肺功能的影响。方法:收治急性心力衰竭患者38例,随机分成对照组和观察组。对照组采用急诊常规治疗,观察组采用急诊常规治疗联合急诊集束化治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组的急诊室治疗时间、气短缓解时间及治疗后的心率、血氧饱和度、动脉血氧分压、收缩压数据均更优(P<0.05)。结论:急诊集束化治疗急性心力衰竭的疗效确切,可有效恢复患者的心肺功能。

Objective:To explore the effect of emergency cluster therapy on acute heart failure and its effect on cardiopulmonaryfunction.Methods:38patients with acute heart failure were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and theobservation group.The control group was treated with emergency routine treatment.The observation group was treated byemergency routine treatment combined with emergency cluster therapy.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:In the observation group,the time of emergency treatment,the remission time of shortness of breath,heart rate,oxygen saturation,arterial partial pressure of oxygen and systolic blood pressure after treatment were more satisfactory(P<0.05).Conclusion:Theeffect of emergency cluster therapy on acute heart failure was exact.It can effectively restore the patient's cardiopulmonary function.
