四黄汤熏洗治疗湿热下注型混合痔术后水肿60例临床疗效观察

Clinical observation on 60 cases with postoperative edema of mixed hemorrhoids of Shire Xiazhu type whom treated with Si Huang decoction fumigation treatment

目的:探讨四黄汤熏洗治疗湿热下注型混合痔术后水肿的效果。方法:收治湿热下注型混合痔术后水肿患者120例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各60例。对照组给予高锰酸钾熏洗,观察组给予四黄汤熏洗治疗。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者疼痛消失时间、水肿消失时间、创面愈合时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:四黄汤熏洗治疗湿热下注型混合痔术后水肿患者,有利于缓解水肿,减轻患者的痛苦,加快创面愈合速度,提高治疗效果。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Si Huang decoction fumigation in the treatment of postoperative edema of mixedhemorrhoids of Shire Xiazhu type.Methods:120patients with postoperative edema of mixed hemorrhoids of Shire Xiazhu type wereselected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with60cases in each.Patients in the controlgroup received potassium permanganate fumigation,and the observation group were given Si Huang decoction fumigationtreatment.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The time ofpain and edema disappeared,and the wound healing time in the observation group were shorter than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Si Huang decoction fumigation in the treatment of postoperative edema of mixed hemorrhoids of Shire Xiazhu type canalleviate edema,relieve pain,accelerate wound healing,and improve the therapeutic effect.
