人工流产合并心电图异常46例临床分析

Clinical analysis on 46 cases with artificial abortion and abnormal electrocardiogram

目的:探讨心电图异常患者在实施无痛人工流产术中、术后心电监护的重要性。方法:收治心电图异常且行人工流产手术患者46例。结果:本组手术成功率100%,术中常规监测心电图、血压、呼吸、心率、血氧饱和度,无显著变化。结论:无痛人工流产有利于保证手术质量,降低了人工流产综合征的发生率。

Objective:To investigate the importance of ECG monitoring in patients with abnormal ECG during the implementationof painless artificial abortion.Methods:46patients with abnormal electrocardiogram and artificial abortion were treated.Results:The success rate of the operation was100%,and there was no significant changes in blood pressure,respiration,heart rate andblood oxygen saturation.Conclusion:Painless artificial abortion is helpful to ensure the quality of operation and reduce theincidence of abortion syndrome.
