彩色多普勒超声对妇科肿瘤术后并发盆腔淋巴囊肿的诊断价值

The value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of pelvic lymphatic cyst after gynecological tumor surgery

目的:研究彩色多普勒超声对妇科肿瘤术后并发盆腔淋巴囊肿的临床诊断价值。方法:收治妇科肿瘤术后并发盆腔淋巴囊肿患者58例。随机分两组,对照组使用CT进行检查,试验组使用彩色多普勒超声仪器进行检查,对比两组患者的检查结果。结果:试验组患者的盆腔淋巴囊肿诊断准确率以及检出情况均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:彩色多普勒超声可以有效提高妇科肿瘤术后并发盆腔淋巴囊肿的诊断准确率,提高临床诊断水平。

Objective:To Study the value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of pelvic lymphatic cyst after gynecologicaltumor surgery.Methods:58patients with lymphatic cyst after gynecological tumor surgery were selected.They were randomlydivided into the two groups.The control group was examined by CT.The experimental group was examined by color Dopplerultrasound.The results of the two groups were compared.Results:The accuracy rate and the detection rate of pelvic lymph cyst inthe experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Color Doppler ultrasoundcan effectively improve the accuracy of diagnosis of pelvic lymph nodes in patients after gynecological tumor surgery and improvethe level of clinical diagnosis.
