中医辨体调质护理对荨麻疹患者的影响

Traditional Chinese medicine differentiation and nursing on urticaria

目的:探讨中医辨体调质护理对荨麻疹患者的影响。方法:收治荨麻疹患者180例,随机分为观察组和对照组各90例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上联合中医辨体调质护理。结果:观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中医辨体调质护理能有效改善荨麻疹预后,提升患者的生活质量。

Objective:To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine on the patients with urticaria.Methods:180patientswith urticaria were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with90cases in eachgroup.The control group were given routine nursing.The observation group were given traditional Chinese differentiation nursingbased on the routine nursing given in the control group.Results:Nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than thatof the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese differentiation nursing can improve the prognosis of patients withurticaria,improve the life quality of patients with urticaria.
