基层社区卫生服务对精神病患者用药的护理探析

Nursing care of patients with mental health in grassroots community health service

目的:探讨基层社区精神病患者用药护理措施。方法:对基层社区医院20例精神病患者的用药护理进行干预,包括:加强与精神病患者的沟通、掌握精神病患者的心理特点、对精神病患者开展用药护理检查、防止精神病患者用药过量以及意外用药的护理。结果:没有出现精神病患者用药不安全和用药完全无效的现象。结论:基层社区精神病患者用药护理具有很好的效果。

Objective:To explore the nursing measures of patients with mental disorders in grassroots community.Method:Weintervened the nursing care of20patients with mental disorders in grassroots community hospitals,including:to strengthen thecommunication with the mental patients,grasp the psychological characteristics of patients with mental disorders,the spirit of thepatient to carry out drug care and inspection,to prevent the excessive use of mental patients,as well as accidental drug care.Results:There was no adverse drug use in patients with mental illness and medication.Conclusion:It has a good effect on nursingcare of patients with mental disorders in grassroots community.
