肺部和支气管疾病儿童纤维支气管镜术前术后护理

Preoperative and postoperative nursing care of children with pulmonary and bronchial diseases treated by fiberbronchoscope

在临床检查时,纤维支气管镜表现出可靠、安全、创伤小等显著的特点,因而在应用于临床以来,表现出很大的优越性,特别是对儿童肺炎的诊断、治疗起到了极为重要的作用,为肺部和支气管疾病儿童提供了鲜明而准确的诊疗依据,是临床中不可或缺的工具。笔者认为,在纤维支气管镜治疗中,充分做好术前术后的护理至为关键,本文拟就肺部和支气管疾病儿童纤维支气管镜术前术后的护理问题进行一些有益的探讨。

Fiberbronchoscope in clinical examination showing a reliable,safe,small trauma and other significant features,therefore,it has shown great superiority in clinical application,especially,it plays an important role in the diagnosis and treatmentof pneumonia in children,and it provides a clear and accurate basis for diagnosis and treatment of children with pulmonary andbronchial diseases.It is an indispensable tool in clinical practice.In the treatment of fiberoptic bronchoscopy,the author thinks thatdo well preoperative and postoperative nursing is very important.This paper discusses some problems of preoperative andpostoperative nursing care of patients with pulmonary and bronchial diseases treated by fiberbronchoscope.
