个体化护理对老年高血压患者血压及并发症的应用效果评价

Effect of individualized nursing on blood pressure and complications in elderly hypertensive patients

目的:分析个体化护理对老年高血压患者血压及并发症的应用效果。方法:收治老年高血压患者76例,随机分为观察组(个性化护理)和对照组(常规护理),分析两组患者护理后的血压水平及并发症发生率。结果:观察组和对照组患者经不同模式进行护理之后,观察组收缩压和舒张压水平低于对照组,并发症发生率显著降低,数据间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:老年高血压患者选择个性化护理对血压水平恢复具有辅助效果,同时可将患者的并发症发生率进行降低。

Objective:To analyze the effect of individualized nursing on blood pressure and complications in elderly hypertensivepatients.Methods:76elderly hypertensive patients were selected.The patients were randomly divided into the observationgroup(individualized nursing)and the control group(routine nursing).The blood pressure level and complication rate of two groupswere analyzed.Results:The observation group and the control group were treated with different modes of nursing;the systolic bloodpressure and diastolic blood pressure levels of the observation group were lower than the control group;the incidence ofcomplications was significantly lower;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Selecting of individualizednursing for elderly patients with hypertension has auxiliary effect on recovery of blood pressure,at the same time,it can reduce theincidence of complications.
