胆结石手术患者引入临床护理路径实施健康宣教的执行效果观察

Implementation effect of health education of clinical nursing path for patients with gallstone surgery

目的:探讨胆结石手术患者引入临床护理路径实施健康宣教的执行效果。方法:对照组实施常规护理宣教,护理组采用临床护理路径实施健康宣教,比较两组护理效果。结果:在护理组,健康知识评分及健康知识掌握合格率和护理满意率均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:胆结石手术患者引入临床护理路径实施健康宣教可显著提高患者的健康知识掌握水平,提升护理服务质量。

Objective:To explore the implementation effect of health education of clinical nursing path for patients with gallstonesurgery.Methods:The control group was given routine nursing education.The nursing group was given health education of clinicalnursing path.We compared the nursing effect of two groups.Results:In the nursing group,the scores of health knowledge,masteryrate of health knowledge and nursing satisfaction were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of health education of clinical nursing path for patients with gallstone surgery can significantly improve the levelof health knowledge of patients,improve the quality of nursing services.
