Reliability and validity analysis of european satisfaction survey scale(EUROPEP) and its application in a community in Shanghai

目的:探讨欧洲满意度调查量表的信效度及应用。方法:选择居民进行欧洲满意度调查量表的问卷调查。结果:欧洲满意度调查量表在该社区居民满意度调查中的信度及复测信度检测符合要求。社区居民总体医疗满意度较高。结论:欧洲满意度调查量表可以应用于社区居民医疗满意度分析。

Objective:To explore the reliability and validity of european satisfaction survey scale and its application.Methods:Residents were given questionnaire of european satisfaction survey scale.Results:The reliability and test-retest reliability ofeuropean satisfaction survey scale in the application of community residents satisfaction survey were found to meet therequirements.The total medical satisfaction of community residents was higher.Conclusion:European satisfaction survey scale canbe applied to the satisfaction analysis of community medical treatment.
