1例胃管误入气管的原因分析

Analysis of one case of gastric tube insertion into trachea

留置胃管是临床上常用的护理操作技术,适用于昏迷、气管切开、脑梗死等不能经口进食的患者,以此改善患者的营养,提高他们的生存质量。胃管插入气管可能性很小,但一旦胃管误入气管,其并发症致死率极高。笔者对本次护理事件进行报告并分析原因,希望能引起各位同仁的重视,避免类似事件的发生。

Indwelling gastric tube is a commonly used technique in clinical nursing,which is suitable for many patients,such ascoma,tracheotomy,cerebral infarction who cannot eat by mouth,in order to improve the nutrition of patients and improve theirquality of life.The possibility of gastric tube inserted into the trachea is very small,but the mortality rate is very high when thegastric tube is inserted into the trachea.In this paper,the author reported and analyzed the causes of nursing care,hoping to attractthe attention of colleagues,to avoid the occurrence of similar incidents.
