宫腔镜子宫内膜切除术与子宫次全切除术对生殖内分泌的影响

摘要 随着女性社会地位的不断提高，越来越多的女性开始面对不断加剧的工作强度和社交压力，这也导致临床妇科疾病的患者比例逐年上升，其中良性子宫异常出血较为常见，临床目前治疗多采取激素类药物保守治疗或行开腹子宫次全切除术[1]。现检测不同手术方式后患者性激素水平，包括：促黄体生成素（LH）、血清雌二醇（E2）、促卵泡激素（FSH）、孕酮（P）、催乳素（PRL）以及睾酮（T），探讨宫腔镜子宫内膜切除术与子宫次全切除术对女性生殖内分泌的影响，报道如下。
