里氏硬度测量实验箱的设计

摘要 阐述一种理工科院校金属材料硬度测量实训教育装备——里氏硬度测量实验箱,该实验箱不同于以往实训中所用到的台式硬度计和便携式硬度计。台式硬度计体积过大且不便移动;便携式硬度计电量少、屏幕小、探头不可更换、配件不易携带。该实验箱针对这些不足进行优化设计,具有大容量电池、高分辨率大屏显示、可更换配件、箱式便携一体化等优势。 This article mainly explains an educational equipment that can be used in colleges of science and technology in mental material hardness testing practical training:Leeb Hardness Testing Experimental Toolbox.Being diff ered from the traditional practical training device,it optimizes the design of which the desk type device's large size and its uneasiness to move,and improves the design of which the portable device's low electric quantity,small screen,unchangeable probe,and the uneasiness to carry the parts.Having solved these inadequacies,Leeb Hardness Testing Experimental Toolbox has high-capacity batteries,bigger high-definition screen,changeable parts,the integration of its desk type and portability,and etc.
