摘要
目的:探索以团队为基础的教学(Team-based Learning,TBL)和以传统授课为基础的教学(Lecture-based Learning,LBL)在临床医学概论教学中的应用效果。方法:选取50名学生作为教学对象,比较TBL和LBL组合教学法和LBL教学法的教学效果。结果:TBL和LBL组合教学法能提高课堂学习效率,但增加了学习负担。结论:TBL和LBL组合教学法可提升学生综合能力,是一种值得推广的教学模式。
Objective:To explore the eff ects of the Team-based Learning(TBL)and the Lecture-based Learning(LBL)applied in the course of the Introduction to Clinical Medicine Science.Method:50students joined in two diff erent teaching methods,the TBL and LBL teaching method and only the LBL teaching method.The teaching effect was compared between the TBL and LBL teaching method with only the LBL teaching method.Results:The TBL and LBL teaching method could improve the effi ciency of classroom learning,but increased the burden of learning.Conclusion:The TBL and LBL teaching method can improve students'comprehensive ability and a promoted teaching pattern.
