基于翻转课堂的管理系统工程案例式教学方法研究

Research on Case Teaching Method of Management System Engineering based on Flipped Classroom

针对管理系统工程课程的特点以及传统教学模式的局限,提出基于翻转课堂的管理系统工程案例教学方法,结合教学实践探讨该方法的内涵,并通过实例提出该方法在管理科学与工程专业管理系统工程课程教学实施的具体步骤。实践证明,这种教学方法激发了学员的学习兴趣,调动了学习积极性,提高了分析问题、解决问题的能力。

According to the characteristics of the course Management System Engineering,and the limitations of the traditional teaching mode,the paper sets forth the teaching method based on the fl ipped classroom Management System Engineering case,combining with teaching practice discusses the connotation of the method,and puts forward the method by an example in management science and engineering course teaching of Management System Engineering concrete steps.Practice has proved,this teaching method increases the students'interest in learning,arouses the enthusiasm of the students,improves the ability of analyzing and solving problems.
