摘要
我国农村义务教育发展还很不均衡,教学条件相对落后、师资力量薄弱、各种设备不齐全等成为主要的制约因素。以教育信息化为重要推手,实现农村义务教育均衡发展,是当代教育发展的必由之路。
The development of rural compulsory education in our country is not balanced,the teaching condition is relatively backward,weak teachers,various equipment is not complete and so on has become the main control factor.To improve the balanced development of compulsory education in rural areas is the only way for the development of modern education.
