摘要
基于混合动力汽车高压动力电池安全性的要求,设计一种快速响应动态绝缘电阻检测电路。分析绝缘检测电路的设计原理,分别测试电池包正负高压母线外接不同绝缘电阻阻值时的检测精度。测试表明,该电路测量精度高,在1 MΩ以下的绝缘电阻检测中,误差小于5%,满足实际设计要求。
For the safety requirement of the high-voltage power battery of hybrid power automobile,a dynamic insulation re-sistance detection circuit with rapid response was designed.The design theory of the insulation detection circuit is analyzed.Thedetection accuracy of the battery pack′s positive and negative high-voltage buses connected with different insulation resistanceswas tested.The test results show that the circuit has high measuring accuracy,and its error is less than5%while detecting theinsulation resistance below1MΩ,which satisfies the practical design requirement.
